Taxify serves 10,000,000 users in more than 20 countries. How to validate the design of new functionality for such a diverse audience? Why different metrics and which target and control grouping approaches are important for different UX experiments? Does it make sense to release new features even when tests show a decline in important metrics? In this talk I will share stories that are based on real life experience of designing, implementing, and validating new functionality with data.
