Refresh is looking for a Head Organizer
Are you interested in event & product management, UX/UI, and you want to bring the players in the sector to a whole new level? This is your chance.
The Refresh Conference brings world-class talks from the product and UX/UI world to the stage in Tartu. Your main goal would be organizing the event with caring and smart people around you. In addition, you would be working with people who bring the sTARTUp Day and Digit Conference to life.
As the Head Organizer you will be:
✖️ Putting together and leading your team
✖️ Dealing with daily operations and planning
✖️ Responsible for budget and finances
✖️ Managing partnerships and new deals
✖️ Working closely with marketing, program, production, etc. teams
✖️ Doing everything in your power to ensure the best conference experience for the attendees
What are we looking for?
✖️ At least 2 years of experience in event or project management
✖️ Deep interest and/or experience in UX/UI design, product, or tech scene
✖️ Strong people skills
✖️ Experience in running a larger team and feeling comfortable delegating
✖️ Fluency in English and Estonian
✖️ High stress tolerance, good problem-solving and time management skills
✖️ High enthusiasm and ambition to take Refresh to new heights
✖️ Willingness to work/live in Tartu (remote work possible at times)
✖️ Love for our growing community and a strive to make Tartu the most startup-minded city in the world
