ALL you need to know to have the best Refresh experience

1. Opening hours

26 January – Estonian National Museum is open from 9:00 to 18:00.

The opening show starts at 09:45 and the closing show at 16:55 – and a show it’s going to be, you can take our word for it!

27 January – Tartu Delta Center is open from 9:00 to 16:00.

2. Venue & transportation

For directions to venues, please see https://refresh.rocks/venue.

Courtesy of the City of Tartu, bus rides are free with your Refresh wristband and badge during the festival days. To arrive at ERM, you can take bus No. 7 from the city center or bus No. 25 from the train station.

3. Badge collection

Badges can be collected ONLY in Estonian National Museum.

Before collecting your badge, please click the link in the ticket email (sent from Fienta) and fill in your details – these will be printed on your badge.

4. Lunch

On 26 January, lunch at Estonian National Museum is free for all ticket holders. Just stop by the museum restaurant between 11:00–15:00 and have your badge on you. Coffee and snacks are also provided.

On 27 January, you can make your own lunch arrangements. There is a cafe at Delta Centre.

5. Brella app

To join Refresh in Brella, use the link received by email. (If you don’t yet have the app, download it from Google Play or App Store.)

In Brella, you can create a personalized festival schedule, contact other attendees and receive important notifications during the event.

6. Demo area

Don’t forget to check out the amazing organizations exhibiting at the Refresh demo area.

NB. You can win cool prizes from our friends at sTARTUp Day, Beast, Delta Sandbox, Kood/Jõhvi, Microsoft, Qminder, Klaus and Bitweb. To participate in the prize draw, pick up a voucher from the registration desk, collect stamps from demo area booths and return the voucher to the registration desk.)

7. Afterparty

The networking party for all attendees will take place in Restaurant Kolm Tilli on 26 January at 20:00–01:00.

8. Other things to note

-Registration for seminars closes on 26 January at 17:00.You'll find the registration form by clicking the specific seminar in the schedule on our homepage.

-Please bring along a water bottle you can refill with tap water at the venue.
-Unfortunately, due to venue policy, pets are not permitted at the venue.
